Steps to owning a Juice it Up! Franchise
Step 1. Request
Complete the Franchise Information Request
Step 2. Complete Application
The Franchise Application will be emailed to you providing we are supplied with an email address. Complete the application and fax it to (949) 475-0137, attention of Lidia Despotovic. We need to understand your financial strengths and goals before we grant you your franchise. This information will be kept confidential.
Step 3. Interview/Presentation
We will present your profile application to our Franchise Sales Department. One of our Development Managers will contact you to discuss your objectives and plans. If your application is approved, we will arrange a meeting in which you will be provided with our Disclosure Document, also referred to as the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular or “UFOC”. During this meeting you will receive in-depth introduction to the Juice it Up! operation. The UFOC contains copies of contracts, expenses, financial statements and detailed information about the Juice it Up! Franchise Corporation. The information provided in the UFOC will help you analyze our franchise system.
Step 4. Disclosure Document Review
Contact your Development Manager with any questions you have regarding the information contained in the UFOC. You will be granted at least 10 business days to review this document.
Step 5. Interview Existing Franchisees
After careful review of the UFOC, you may wish to interview some of our existing Juice it Up! franchisees.
Step 6. Second Meeting
Ten business days after receipt of the UFOC, the Franchise Sales Department will schedule a meeting with you. During this meeting, you should be prepared to discuss any issues you may not understand or which may concern you.
Step 7. Entering into a Deposit or Franchise Agreement
By this point, you should have enough information about Juice it Up! Franchise Corporation to make a decision. You may sign a Deposit Agreement (put $5,000 down for a particular area) or a Franchise Agreement (pay the complete franchise fee of $25,000 with a location selected).
Step 8. Location
Your next step is to secure a location! In many cases the location has already been secured beforehand. If not, we can assist you in your search.
Step 9. Orientation and Training
As soon as possible, you will attend an Orientation class. Once you have completed the class, you will train at our training location. Upon completion of construction and store set-up, on site training will begin with a corporate trainer.
